Omega-3 Triple Concentration is the highest concentration of Solgar of natural omega-3 fatty acids.
Good fats, also known as omega-3 fatty acids, are essential fatty acids. They are called essential because the organism is not able to produce them on its own. Omega-3 Triple Concentration contains a combination of omega-3, EPA (eicosapentanoic acid) and DHA (docosahexanoic acid). They are usually found in oily fish such as sardines, mackerel and salmon. Both EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. This product contains omega-3 fatty acids and is molecularly distilled to remove mercury.

* The beneficial effect is achieved with 2 grams per day. Do not take more than 5 grams of EPA and DHA from supplements
