Plameca's Resolutivo Regium is a purifying and draining oral solution made with hydrolates of 8 medicinal plants: horsetail (Equisetum arvense), red sandspurry (Spergularia rubra), boldo (Peumus boldus), rupturewort (Herniaria glabra), Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon), nopal (Opuntia ficus-indica), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis). Original patented formula since 1927. Alcohol-free. Contributes to normal liver, bile, and kidney function and promotes fluid elimination. 30 ml diluted in water, twice a day. 600 ml. Plameca.
