Sura Vitasan's fermented red beetroot powder from Beta vulgaris combines natural nitrates with the benefits of lactic fermentation. Lactobacillus cultures improve nitrate bioavailability and boost the gut microbiome. Dietary nitrates are converted into endogenous nitric oxide, promoting vasodilation and peripheral blood flow.
